She let us pick our table and told us she would also be our server. We walked up to the hostess stand and Shey immediately welcomed us, she was very busy cleaning the dining area, and perked up when she saw us, which was awesome. We came here for a late lunch (2:30pm) on Thursday. Greatest thing about this location is its convenience, but if you're looking for quality food I would look somewhere else. But it's probably better than the one in the casino. The only other Panda is in Gainesville, and that one isn't great either. This Panda Express isn't the best, but there aren't really many alternatives. Many tables were messy and uncleaned (not that the employees could or had time anyways). Overall cleanliness is a HUGE area for improvement. The chow mein was actually surprisingly good. It's busy and he doesn't have time to wash anything.
My theory is the cook didn't clean the wok before he started making a different menu item. The orange chicken tasted more like soy sauce chicken. You can't blame the employees here since they were doing their best with what they had.
The line moved horribly slow and the food wasn't as great. On the night I visited, there were only 3 visible workers: 1 cook and 2 front servers. Severely understaffed and in dire need of attention.
